Description The SLEE front bumper for the 6th Generation 4Runner was styled to match the new nose on the 4Runner. Stylish ques were taken from the grill surrounds and horizontal slat openings in the factory bumper. The bumper is a single channel design that attaches to frame mounting plates with integrated recovery points. Crafted with 3/8″ and 1/4″ thick plate steel mounts, the SLEE front bumper features reinforced mounting points that attach to the vehicle’s frame both at the factory bumper and crash pad positions, as well as further back for added stability. The integrated tow points ensure this bumper provides the necessary strength to support a winch cradle and handle any rugged conditions with ease. The steel’s precise forming enhances the bumper’s structural integrity, giving it maximum strength where it’s needed most. Heavy Duty Cross Member (optional purchase) A heavy duty crossmember is available as an option to install under the factory crossmember that houses the radiator and AC condenser. The crossmember is made from 1/4″ steel and bolts to the recovery point location. The crossmember is designed to reduce the changes of bending the factory cross member in offroad conditions. Winch Ready The bumper is winch ready and accepts most low mount winches up to 12k lbs capacity. Provisions are made for mounting winch controller plug extensions on the bumper for easy reach. Proper winch line visibility and clutch control accessibility is a feature on this bumper that is lacking on a lot of available bumpers. It is essential to be able to see the winch cable while doing recovery and also after when respooling the winch line. There is also provisions to install a winch light for night time winching. Lighting Customization Designed to enhance visibility and versatility, the SLEE front bumper offers provisions for up to four 4” lights or a light bar on the center section. Additional fog light mounting is provided to the side oft the winch. Removable mounting panels offer options to install lights like the Nacho Nano or Baja Design S2’s or similar. Multiple holes are provided for easy wiring and secure attachment of light, park sensor, and winch wiring, making installation a breeze. Additional Features Retained park sensors installed with provided grommets. Provision for mounting an air coupler and relocating the winch controller plug.
