Description The Slee Formed SliderSteps for the LX600 is a bolt on solution manufactured from High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) 7ga (3/16″) sheet metal. The sliders consist of a frame mount flange with two legs welded to flange and two more attachment legs on the front and rear. Sliders extend outwards to form a step for easy entry and exit out of vehicle. High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) has nearly twice the strength and impact resistance of general purpose mild steel (A1011 and A36). 30-36ksi Yield strength vs 50ksi yield strength minimum. The frame flange bolts directly to the frame utilizing existing holes in the frame. This flange has two welded legs to support center section of slider. This ensures a solid mount without any compromise. The front and rear legs are bolt-on for additional support. Mounting system of LX600 sliders. 4 Legs per side. The rearmost leg mounting bracket has an integrated skid for the rear lower control arm frame bracket. Rearmost support for mounting leg features an integrated rear control arm skid. There are two aluminum tread plates attached to the top surface of the slider body. These are only available in black. Tread plates have formed non slip formed grip features and also coated in non-slip powder coat. The sliders are finished with a textured powder coat finish and supplied with all the necessary hardware for installation.
